Dragon hanging [ Chinese art] - Very Simple

Dragon hanging


1] Draw the head and tail of a dragon on an origami paper and cut it out.









2] Cut a long rectangular piece of origami paper 
     and fold it zigzag as shown.










3] Paste the head and tail at the ends of the zigzag paper.
4] Decorate your dragon.











                          [ you can even hang it to a Chinese lamp ]

How to make a Chinese Lamp


1] Cut a rectangular piece of origami paper and make some strips in the middle.
2] Stick the one end with the other into a lamp.





 3] Make some slits both on top and bottom and paste them to make the both ends curved.
4] Cut a circular piece of origami paper, make a cut from the center to the edge,
                                                       paste it to make a doom, stick on the top.












5] Take another rectangular piece of origami paper make some slits [3/4]
6] Roll it and paste it inside the lamp as shown.
7] You can make a hook to hang it with a strip of paper and the lamp is is ready.
{ Chinese tip - you can connect a bulb inside the lamp to make it glow in night}
                          












DRAGON VASE {Chinese art}

Dragon vase

1] Cut a big rectangular piece of any colored thick origami paper.
2] Fold it as shown and stick it like a 3 sided vase.










3] Draw a dragon on an origami paper and cut it. [ you can also add a face of a Chinese master!]
4] Decorate it.
[ You can add the mostach by cutting a strip of origami paper and bending it with a scissors.]










5] Stick it on your vase as you like.
6] Make the base as shown and stick it .


7] You can adorn your vase as you like and your Chinese vase is ready.
